Gas treatment, drying and purification units
The blocks are designed for removal of oil, hydrocarbon condensate, water and mechanical impurities from gas in separators, filters with membrane, coalescing, cyclone and other elements of different principle of mixture separation, on regular mass-exchange nozzles, for removal of undesirable impurities such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, etc., on liquid and solid absorbers. on liquid and solid absorbers, as well as its drying and preparation depending on the requirements to quality and technological parameters (pressure, temperature, concentration of undesirable impurities, dew point on water and hydrocarbons) with the use of heaters, coolers, compressor units, reducing devices, buffer tanks and other auxiliary equipment. Blocks can consist of one unit without auxiliary equipment, and of several units, including auxiliary equipment, piping, pipeline fittings, control and measuring devices (C&M) and other components that provide the required degree of purification, drying and gas treatment.
The units are produced according to TU 28.99.39-045-00217366-2017 and TU 28.25.14-002-95953872-2019.
The blocks can be equipped with electric heating, heating by heat satellites and heat insulation. Field of application: gas and oil production, gas and oil refining, petrochemistry and other industries. The units can be manufactured in all climatic versions specified in GOST 15150, or can have a special version depending on the Customer's requirements. The units can be operated in geographical areas with seismicity up to 9 points on the 12-point MSK-64 scale accepted in the Russian Federation.
