Filtration and separation equipment

Based on modern scientific achievements in the field of fine purification of gases and liquids, our specialists develop and supply highly efficient filtration systems for oil and gas production, transportation and processing facilities. Production of process equipment is carried out at the facilities of Russian chemical engineering plants taking into account international and Russian production standards and quality systems. Flexible approach to manufacturing and equipment completion, application of the latest technologies and, as a result, high efficiency of purification systems - all this allows to achieve guaranteed high results of the company's equipment application. For convenience of installation and operation, as well as based on the Customer's wishes, the equipment can be supplied in a turnkey block form, including filter housings with internal housing devices, supporting metal structures, pipeline fittings and piping, instrumentation, heating system with thermal insulation and local automation system. This approach considerably saves money and time of the Customer.

Gas treatment, drying and purification units

The blocks are designed for removal of oil, hydrocarbon condensate, water and mechanical impurities from gas in separators, filters with membrane, coalescing, cyclone and other elements of different principle of mixture separation, on regular mass-exchange nozzles, for removal of undesirable impurities such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, etc., on liquid and solid absorbers. on liquid and solid absorbers, as well as its drying and preparation depending on the requirements to quality and technological parameters (pressure, temperature, concentration of undesirable impurities, dew point on water and hydrocarbons) with the use of heaters, coolers, compressor units, reducing devices, buffer tanks and other auxiliary equipment. Blocks can consist of one unit without auxiliary equipment, and of several units, including auxiliary equipment, piping, pipeline fittings, control and measuring devices (C&M) and other components that provide the required degree of purification, drying and gas treatment.
The units are produced according to TU 28.99.39-045-00217366-2017 and TU 28.25.14-002-95953872-2019.
The blocks can be equipped with electric heating, heating by heat satellites and heat insulation. Field of application: gas and oil production, gas and oil refining, petrochemistry and other industries. The units can be manufactured in all climatic versions specified in GOST 15150, or can have a special version depending on the Customer's requirements. The units can be operated in geographical areas with seismicity up to 9 points on the 12-point MSK-64 scale accepted in the Russian Federation.

Gas and air treatment systems

Our company designs and manufactures a wide range of gas treatment equipment, which can include the following technological processes: purification, drying, heating, compression, cooling, gas reduction. Our engineers can combine these processes in the process flow diagrams developed to provide the optimum equipment design to meet the customer's requirements.
Barrier nitrogen, tooling, separation and cooling air treatment systems.

The most important component of any production plant, shop, workshop is a pneumatic system. Applied application of the system is quite wide - from valve actuators and providing purging of equipment and pipelines to air cooling and operation of pneumatic tools.
LLC "Omni Technologies" carries out design, manufacture and supply of units and systems of air and nitrogen preparation for various production processes, providing the necessary parameters of air/nitrogen preparation.

Fuel gas treatment systems

At compressor stations of gas pumping as a standard drive of gas pumping units gas turbine engines are used. To ensure smooth operation, the fuel gas for the engines must be purified to the required parameters. Our range of equipment includes various models of fuel gas treatment units and systems of both outdoor and aggregate (in-house) design.

Buffer gas treatment systems

At compressor stations of gas pumping unit compressor dry gas dynamic seals use main natural gas as a working body. Due to increased requirements to the purity of this gas, our company offers blocks and systems for buffer gas treatment with purification fineness up to 0.5 microns. The equipment is produced both in outdoor and in aggregate (in-house) versions.

Filters for jet fuel purification

The most important problem in technological lines of the systems of conditioned fuel and lubricants supply of airports is the problem of aviation fuel quality.

LLC "Omni Technologies" offers:
— fuel filters (mechanical) model VF for cleaning of various types of fuel from mechanical impurities;
— water separator filters of GF model for purification of various types of fuel from mechanical impurities and free water.
Production of aviation fuel purification systems is possible both in the form of separate units of equipment and in block design.

All filter models are equipped with replaceable filter elements of separating or coagulating type depending on the required version.
The principle of operation of aviation fuel fine purification systems consists in sequential purification of aviation fuel in a mechanical filter, where mechanical impurities are separated from the fuel, and in a water separator.
At the output from the system of fine cleaning of jet fuel is provided purification from mechanical impurities up to 3...5 microns in size and guaranteed content of free water not more than 0,0015 (% wt.).

Column equipment

Omni Technologies" company supplies column equipment of plate and nozzle type according to individual projects. Columns are supplied both fully assembled and as assembly blocks with subsequent reassembly at the place of operation. The equipment is manufactured according to Russian and international standards such as ASME, DIN, EN.

Heat exchange equipment
